There's no doubt that Belle Vue Colts are one of the strongest sides in the National Development League, but when they come to Armadale on Friday they will still be looking for at least a point to push them up into one of the Playoff places in the Division.
The Stellar Devils on the other hand have less lofty ambitions as their aim is to get off the bottom of the table. Currently they are one point behind Plymouth who they are due to visit next Tuesday. They would love to go there on the back of a good result against the Colts on Friday.
Better performances recently by the Devils give them encouragement to believe they could do it. Top Man Lee Complin and captain Tom Woolley did well in the NDL Riders Championship, better than the Colts' representatives, although there is no denying that the Manchester side have quality throughout their team.
Looking forward to the match, star Devil Complin said "It would be good for us to make sure they don't get the point we need and boost ourselves, we will all get together and make it clear that every point is vital, and we all need to work together and see what we can do. They are a good side, but we are on a little run and want to finish strong."
With team manager Alan Buzynski away, Alex Harkess takes over team manager duties for the Devils.
Friday's match will be Live Streamed. Details on www.edinburghmonarchs.co.uk
