Devils Looking To Quell Oxford's Charge

The Stellar Devils are back on the road on Wednesday this time heading for Oxford to take on the hometown Chargers in National League action.

The Chargers are currently trying to plot a course to the end of season playoffs and a tilt at the title while for the Devils the hunt for the first league point of the season continues.

With that in mind the Devils recently introduced Kyran Lyden to bolster the bottom end and he makes his debut in this one.

The man Lyden replaced Lewis Millar does not miss out for long though as he is the line-up this evening to cover for Elliott Kelly who is absent due to college exams.

Elsewhere it is as expected for the Devils with Lee Complin, Danny Phillips and Tom Woolley looking to provide the heat wins needed for the rest to build on.

This will be no easy task against a Chargers team excellently led by Jordan Jenkins and Nathan Stoneman both of whom were big scorers in the return match at Armadale earlier in the season that the Oxford men won comfortably.

Jody Scott is an intriguing prospect in the main body of the team also while Henry Atkins and Sam Hagon fill out a powerhouse top 5.

Arran Butcher and Jacob Clouting provide a punch at the bottom end that the Devils Lyden and Gregor Millar will need to be at their very best to take anything from in this one.
