Updates to Admission Procedure

Following ongoing reviews to the admission procedure in place during current Scottish Government restrictions, an updated procedure will be trialled from Saturday.

Responding to feedback from supporters who are unable to book tickets online, a very limited number of tickets will be made available on matchday from a new Box Office booth outside the turnstile gates.

Supporters who buy tickets from the Box Office must complete contact tracing information and will then be asked to join the main queue to enter the stadium once they have purchased a ticket. Contactless payment should be used where possible at the Box Office.

The Box Office will open one hour before the scheduled start time.

The Club strongly encourages those who can book online to continue to do so to ensure entry to the stadium is as smooth as possible and to ensure tickets available on the gate can be bought by supporters who aren't able to book online.

The use of face coverings within the stadium is currently being reviewed in conjunction with the relevant authorities, however this will remain in place for this Saturday's fixture against Belle Vue.

The Club is aware of some supporters' frustration over the small allocation of wristbands available for entry to the 3/4 Bend Covered area. This area is significantly the smallest of the three spectator zones leading to the wristbands being snapped up quickly. Unfortunately, the Club cannot change this allocation until the Scottish Government's current two-metre social distancing requirement is reduced.

Monarchs and Devils promotion thank supporters for their continued patience, particularly after anticipated updates to Scottish Government guidance failed to become available last week. The admission procedure will continue to be reviewed regularly until all restrictions are lifted.

Tickets are on sale now via the Devils ticketing website. Please note that Monarchs Gold Memberships and Blue Reward Cards are not valid for Devils fixtures.
